Upgrade Protection
Program from FrontRange Solutions Inc.
FrontRange Solutions is committed to providing solutions to
customer needs by frequently upgrading our software. With the
increasingly rapid advances in our technology, we are pleased to
offer a cost-effective, new Upgrade Protection Program.
The Upgrade Protection Program (UPP) provides immediate online
access to any available updates for your licensed GoldMine©
Business Contact Manager for an entire calendar year following
your UPP purchase. Your UPP subscription eliminates the need for
you to purchase individual new versions during that year, and
electronically provides upgrades, updates and patches available to
you via the Internet.
This new program is offered only during the first 60 days
following the registration of GoldMine© Business Contact Manager
(version 5.7). By taking advantage of UPP, you will be assured
access to the latest tools available, as well as equipping you and
your team with the best in business contact management.

**UPP Terms and Conditions**
- The Upgrade Protection Program (UPP)
is offered on an annual basis only (starting from the date of
the UPP purchase). During that term, UPP allows you to receive
updates, upgrades and new releases or versions of GoldMine©
Business Contact Manager (the “Licensed Software”) as
FrontRange Solutions may provide in its sole discretion,
without additional charge other than payment of the required
UPP fee. UPP does not include updates, upgrades and new
releases or versions of any third-party software or related
documentation included in the Licensed Software; such updates,
upgrades or new releases or versions, if available, will be
provided and/or billed separately. UPP does not include or
pertain to any FrontRange Solutions products that are not part
of the Licensed Software.
- Updates, upgrades and new
releases or versions of the Licensed Software provided through
UPP shall be subject to the same terms and conditions of the
applicable End-User License Agreement (EULA).
- UPP is offered on a per user
basis, but customers must purchase UPP for each and every
concurrent user license purchased for GoldMine Business
Contact Manager, as well as for each Gold Sync site license.
- UPP is available for purchase
only within 60 days of registration of GoldMine Business
Contact Manager (version 5.7). Annual UPP renewals must be
purchased within 60 days of the UPP expiration date.
- UPP can only be purchased for
one annual term at a time (i.e., customers may not
pre-purchase two UPP terms at one time). However, UPP
purchases will be prorated for periods less than one year to
accommodate the purchase of additional concurrent users during
the annual UPP term.
