(Wow!) The Strategic Next Step includes the scripts to process your web forms and send the resulting e-mails in the proper format. Technically speaking, the form information is sent to a script when you complete the form and press the 'Submit' button. Strategic Marketing Systems provides the appropriate script (CGI Perl or ASP) and works with your webmaster on the techie stuff. The fun starts with Step 3. |
